Our company is based on the belief that our clients’ needs are of the utmost importance, it just makes sense. Without loyal clients, we cannot succeed. Clear BLU Pool Care is committed to meeting your needs. It is because of this belief that many of our clients refer their family, and neighbors to our quality service.
Many pool service clients have come to us, after being abused by their “pool guy.” They soon find out the difference between a “pool cleaner” who cuts rates to win a customer and a Professional Pool Service and Maintenance company that is a cut above. We firmly believe that it’s better to keep existing clients happy than to shortchange those ties to impress a new client. That’s where our loyalty is key.
What To Expect From Your Pool Service
Once we have a signed agreement, we will get to work on your pool. We service your pool on the schedule every week, week in and week out with little exception. Our aim is to be as low impact as possible so you know what to expect. We send all of our invoices on the same day every month with very few add-ons, and only when pre-approved. And when maintenance issues arise on your pool or equipment, we email you right away with options and related costs.
Clear BLU Pool Care is continually improving. We regularly attend industry-related classes and trainings to stay on top of evolving industry standards. We have relationships with county health officials so we clearly understand and implement current safety codes.
Owner, Tim Kersting is one of the founding members and former board member of the Fremont chapter of IPSSA. As a member of the Independent Pool and Spa Service Association, Inc.
, Clear BLU Pool Care utilizes professional knowledge and skilled practical workmanship in providing quality customer service. To that end, it is our responsibility to keep informed of developments in the pool and spa industry, including new techniques, product applications, as well as the latest in swimming pool safety equipment & drowning prevention.
We also fulfill an obligation to our fellow IPSSA members by giving them any professional assistance they need, including coverage of their service routes if, or when, they fall ill.
Our final responsibility is to our community and its citizens. We strive to communicate the necessity for pool safety and other issues of importance to pool and spa owners, thus protecting them and their families, residents, and potential visitors through education and awareness. Through programs such as the Pool Safely Campaign and National Drowning Prevention Alliance.
